Jazmin Lister is a true Renaissance woman. She has loved literature since a young age, reading literally every book in her elementary school library. She has also read several dictionaries and thesauri from cover to cover, finding new and interesting words.

Her passion for literature pushed her to get a BA in English from Southern Utah University. When prodded, she will also acknowledge having received a BS in Pure Mathematics at the same time. She has since obtained a Master's Degree in Mathematics from the University of West Florida, become a Certified Master Gardener, run a market garden and greenhouse, taught herself her heritage language of Spanish, and homeschools her children. She also enjoys teaching orchestra, hiking, rock hounding, metal detecting, reading, playing the piano, and, when she can get there, exploring her beloved Isla del Encanto—Puerto Rico.
